Curved curtain rails in the brasserie, decorative rods in the gourmet restaurant, and motorized systems in the guest rooms

Close to Annecy, In Veyrier-du-Lac, the Michelin two-starred and Gault & Millau five-Toque Yoann Conte Hotel has transformed a former storage area into a new brasserie space. The architect reached out to us to design a curtain system that would filter light while still revealing the view of the lake, enhancing the warm and inviting atmosphere of the space, especially in winter. The room posed several challenges: misaligned windows on three walls, non-square angles, low ceiling height, and no built-in accommodations.

We installed wave curtains with a double-sided finish in a fire-retardant fabric with a natural look. The curtain runs along the entire perimeter of the room and can be stacked in a narrow fold to preserve the lake view. It filters sunlight while providing a soft drape and a cozy, subdued ambiance.

In the fine dining restaurant area, we installed decorative rods with a refined finish, designed to support stylish curtains.
