As part of the renovation of the Chabert cheese dairy—its retail space directly connected to the production unit—the interior architect brought us in to address three key concerns: minimizing the impact of UV rays on exposed products (as the heat causes the cheese to swell), reducing glare for staff working directly facing the large windows, and increasing discretion in the evening when sales advisors are closing out their registers.
We carried out the installation discreetly during opening hours, without disrupting the shop’s daily operations. All blinds were face-mounted on sleek, minimalist brackets.
