The aesthetic “double-face” or “double-head” finish for curtains by TRED ensures a flawless appearance, with no visible technical elements: hooks or pleater tapes remain hidden, hems are ultra-discreet, and in certain specific cases, some assemblies can be made without hems.

This TRED system is ideal for openings with full-height glazing and for creating elegant interior partitions.

Our curtains and draperies with regular waves, combined with this technique and soft fabrics with a perfect drape, provide a fluid, continuous, and perfectly controlled fall. This finish creates a rhythmic and elegant line that integrates discreetly into the most demanding professional environments.

It also helps optimize space: the curtain folds into compact waves, neatly stacked at the sides. Highly appreciated in offices and corporate settings, this solution combines minimalist aesthetics, functionality, and compatibility with curved, recessed, or motorized tracks.

Based on a regular alternation of folds forming soft and harmonious undulations, this construction ensures long-term stability. The fabric is suspended on an aesthetic or concealed curtain track equipped with a system of sliders or rollers interconnected at fixed intervals, guaranteeing uniform waves across the entire height of the curtain.

The higher the ceiling, the deeper the waves — and thus the more fabric per linear meter — must be, to maintain a high-quality drape and a uniform visual appearance of the textile.

Recessing curtain tracks or interior blinds into the ceiling is now a solution widely favored by architects and designers seeking visual purity and rigor in detailing. This approach makes all technical elements disappear, leaving only the intended effect: a fluid fall of fabric or a perfectly tensioned blind, with no visual disruption.

This architectural choice enhances the space. The eye remains unobstructed, with no visible fixings or apparent clutter. The curtain seems to emerge from the ceiling; the blind disappears entirely when raised. Everything is aligned, refined, and silent. It is a way of integrating textile comfort or solar protection without ever compromising the overall aesthetic of the space.

Beyond the visual result, recessing is also a guarantee of finish quality. It requires rigorous coordination upstream: ceiling reservations, selection of suitable tracks, and anticipation of technical access as well as power supply and control points in the case of motorization. Once these elements are properly managed, the result is exemplary in its restraint.

Based on your needs, our curtains and blinds can be operated via wall switches, remote controls, or your automation system, allowing you to manage installations from tablets, smartphones, or controlled switches, and to incorporate them into programmed routines linked to lighting, HVAC, or other building management scenarios.

To simplify the process, we offer to coordinate directly with your electricians and automation specialists, as wiring, voltage, and control signals can vary depending on the automation brand. It is therefore essential to address these points early in the project phase to ensure compatibility between curtain/blind motors and the building’s existing or planned automation equipment.

We exclusively use motors from recognized brands, compatible with the main professional building automation protocols: KNX, DALI, Crestron, Lutron, as well as other Building Management Systems (BMS). Each solution is selected according to architectural constraints, intended use, and performance requirements.
